Note- i) You will need a Tapo Hub model H100 or H200 to work with this smart switch, you can’t connect to the main router using WiFi. ii) To properly set up Tapo two gang, one-way switch, please see FAQ guide. iii) For pairing-related issues, please ensure the Tapo Hub H100 and the sub-device (S220 switch) have been upgraded to the latest version of firmware and confirm that the APP has been upgraded to the latest version of the APP. iv) Also, please put the hub as close to the router as possible, and put the sub-device (such as S220) closer to the hub, then check whether the problem still exists.
